How can you help me?
We buy houses in any physical condition throughout North Florida. We are not looking to get your home for nothing, but instead to offer you a fair and reasonable purchase price that will both help you and fit our real estate investment business model. We have three typical options we consider for each home we purchase. We may keep the home and rent it out to tenants. We may sell our contract to another investor. Finally, we may fix your home up and resell it ourselves. Regardless, we can come up with a solution for you. How soon can you close the deal? We can close as soon as one week from mutual agreement on price and terms. We close through local title companies and most of the time you will get back a check at closing to use however you desire. What if my house is in horrible condition? It simply does not matter to us what condition your home is in, we may still buy it from you. Should we reach an agreement to purchase your home, you will never be asked to make any repairs whatsoever. What's my next step?
